FORAGE CULTURE – BRING SPRING TO YOUR KITCHEN TABLE
If you don’t know how to cook it, why forage it? In this class we’ll bring foraged items to you, and introduce you to the wide world of spring delicacies beyond ramps and fiddleheads. You may be surprised to find that many items in your garden are actually favorite side dishes or robust spices when picked and cooked the right way. Appropriate for beginner chefs or foragers, avid hikers or gardeners, we can’t wait to bring wild spring to your table. We will still be taking Covid precautions, but this class will involve the senses to your comfort level.
